R.I.S.E. program is a multifaceted approach that focuses on supporting students facing challenges that may impact their academic success and social-emotional wellness. Comprehensive Student Support Coordinators work collaboratively with a student’s families and multidisciplinary team to determine Early Warning Indicators such as history of at-risk behaviors, G.PA. review, and chronic truancy and absenteeism rates. R.I.S.E. interventions and activities are designed to help students experience success via achievable goals that will lead them toward an improved performance.
